Michael Evans – Managing Director

After a very successful period as a professional footballer, Michael took a change of direction in his career to the construction industry. With an extensive knowledge gained over many years and a reputation for consistently understanding and meeting clients’ expectations, not only does Michael ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget, but he oversees that Eliot Construction projects are delivered to a very high standard.

Karen de Lang – Business Operations Manager

Karen has worked at a senior level for many years and has an extensive knowledge of the operational procedures of the business from the initial bids right through to the completion and settlement of the final account.
She also deals with the smooth running of the office systems including; Insurances, I.T, Human Resources and Accounts.

Nik Greaves – Project Manager

Nik has over 20 years experience in the construction industry, having commenced his career as a carpenter and joiner. Nik has spent the last 5 years as a Project Manager and has overseen numerous complex projects to successful completions. He is responsible for ensuring all projects maintain a high standard of quality and consistently meet the clients’ desired programmes. Nik is also responsible for all aspects of site health and safety.

Danielle Barr – Surveyor / Buyer

Danielle has worked as both a Buyer and Surveyor in the industry for the last 7 years. During that time she has gained extensive commercial and technical knowledge and is responsible for ensuring that the procurement process is closely followed and all commercial terms adhered to. Danielle also assists in preparing the company’s interim valuations and final accounts.

Steve Hooper – Project Manager

With his background of experience in the restoration and refurbishment of historic and listed buildings, Steve has proved to be a valuable asset to the team. Along with his carpentry/joinery skills he has also been responsible for the successful completion of numerous projects.
